Aromatherapy Course Objectives
Upon completion of the Level 1 and Level 2 courses, students will be competent in the following:

- Extraction methods of essential oils and hydrosols

- Clinical Assessment
- Hands-on aromatherapy session using a clinical aromatherapy formula

Clinical Aromatherapy Level 1 Program
Level 1 is offered as a Distance Learning or in-classroom program.
Level 1 (50 hours), is designed for the health professional, retailer and lay person with an interest in the uses and applications of essential oils and hydrosols in a safe and effective manner. This course will provide you with a clear and concise understanding of aromatherapy, and professional confidence in aromatherapy blending.

Intensive
Fall Intensive in Austin, TX October 22-24
Course will focus on 20 essential oils, hands on components
of advanced
essential oil blending, carrier oils, distilling (stove
top hydrosol), product
formulating (spritzer, salt scrub, healing salve, aromatherapy
blends)
and detailed case studies for aromatherapy blending.

Level 1:
12 written course lessons, create 10 documented aromatherapy formulas for therapeutic use, write a 2-5 page paper aromatherapy research paper, and a written test.

Aroma Apothecary Healing Arts Academy is an approved aromatherapy education provider by the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA), the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and the Texas-Department of Health for continuing massage education.
Return Policy
If the entire Distance Learning course materials, workbook or essential oil kit is returned in an unused condition within 6 days, 50% of the course and essential oil kit will be refunded.
There will be no refunds after 6 days.
